How do I manage my SimpleFraud billing account?

From your account with DevFX on you can increase your credit balance, view account activity, view and download invoices, manage your billing settings and check on the status of an open chargeback case with ease.

Why manage your billing account?

  • Billing account administration passes to another person.
  • Adding or changing a sub account user.
  • Billing account password needs to be changed.
  • Credit card on file changes.
  • Contact information changes. (Mailing, email, telephone number)

Updating Account Administration Details

To update the main user account administration details such as main account holder name and email address, for security reasons you will need to open a support ticket from your account on, all other account details can be changed by the account administrator, including adding and deleting Sub-Accounts.
