How do I submit an order for Guarantee?

Submit The Order for Guarantee

  1. Find the order to submit for a guarantee in the SimpleFraud case console. If you are on the CompletePlus plan your first guarantee request would have already been submitted for you. CompletePlus users please see the "How do I re-submit a guarantee request?" support forum topic for details on re-submitting a guarantee request your first guarantee would have been automatically submitted for you.


  2. Select the "Guarantee Request" button to the right side of the case in your SimpleFraud case console. Please note: Advanced ScorePlus users have 6 days from the order date to submit an order for its first guarantee request for chargeback insurance and 13 days after the first submitted request for a guarantee to re-submit the order for a no-chargeback guarantee.   3. Once you click on the guarantee request button you will be asked "Are you sure you want to ask for a guarantee on this case? Once submitted this action cannot be reversed." Select Yes to proceed with making your first guarantee request on the case.

    The case will automatically refresh after you complete the submission and update the status of the guarantee request. Upon refresh the status of the guarantee request will be displayed by color specifying "Denied", "Guaranteed" or "Pending." In most cases the result is instantly a guaranteed (green) or denied (red) result, however in rare instances you will see pending (orange), where cases can take up to 24 hours because it was flagged for manual review in the system. in general a manual review is only flagged when a second request for a guarantee has been made and additional information can be added to the case details such as AVS and CCV verification results.

  1. SimpleFraud will review and disposition your order as either approved, declined or Pending.
