SimpleFraud makes the process very easy to use and follow. Color coded icons and standard icon buttons guide you through the entire process. Briefly, the process works as follows.
When an order is processed through your system it is first checked for fraud through SimpleFraud, depending on the select plan your account is on - Guaranteed CompletePlus or Advanced ScorePlus and the configurable options you have set will determine if your system accepts or denies the order at the time the order is places.
If based on your setting the order is accepted SimpleFraud will either automatically request a no-chargeback guarantee, or you will manually request one for orders you decide you want to be insured.
After a case has been submitted for a guarantee a disposition will be provided, Approved (Green) or Declined (Red) or Pending (Orange).
