There are several reasons why you may not have received your new SimpleFraud account verification email message. Try the following.
Check your spam or junk folders. White-list for emails ending in @simplefraud.com and @developfx.com.
Make sure you are checking the right email account.
Use your email client's search box. You may have received it but can't find it.
Check your Inbox if using Gmail.
If you still can't find the email verification message, try resetting your password. The password reset process will verify your email address the same as the email verification message does. How do I reset my password?
